So this is my fourth pair of NB ZIPs. And the reason I keeppurchasing is the quality and comfort. So you ask why do I have so many pairs? Well I'm an avid runner and average about 30 miles a week. So given that shoes will last from 6-12 monthys based on running I go through shoes rather quickly. So the great part of NB ZIPs other than the fact they are made in the USA is the comfort. New Balance is one of the few shoes that offer different widths from Narrow to Extra-wide. And with shoes - Comfort is paramount. As for cushioning the shoe feels like a champ! This is a solid shoe with excellent value. A strong recommendation to any runner (beginning to avid)!

I purchased these shoes online without trying them on and I'm very very pleased with these shoes. I was nervous to buy online because I wear Nike's and Pumas mostly, and my old running shoes were Saucony. They're all size 11 and all typically run a little small, so I was nervous to buy New Balance online. But I wasn't disapointed, I went with size 11 and these shoes fit great.
I've only used them a couple times but there performance was instantly noticed. Before I bought these my other running shoes needed replacing, they killed my shins, ankles, and every other area in my legs. I instantly felt a huge difference (no more pain) when I ran in these shoes. They also have a very unique style, I really like the way they look.

AND THEY'RE MADE IN THE U.S.A.!

Great shoes, great price.

good shoe for the price. i run between 30-50 miles/wk and these hold up reasonably well compared to other new balance shoes i've had in the past. i will say that they do feel stiff on longer runs (greater than 10 miles).
