I gave this to my mom for Christmas, and she cracked up!! It's the perfect gift for the jewelry aficionado. It even comes in the cutest box -- it looks like a "ring" box, and the only thing you see when you open it is the ring-handle. Then you open the bottom compartment, and you find out it's attached to a mug. Hilarious!!

That is a fun cup that will trigger many smiles. Beyond that it will always put you uncontested in the position of the overwhelmingly wealthy group of coffee or tea gourmets. But be prepared with a drop of soap for when you would like to pull your finger out - it might become difficult to part again and you might be tempted to simply keep your hand firmly attached to that rightfully deserved confidence booster...
