Product worked just fine. The 64MB of resident memory is somewhat of a joke. Only enough to hold a handful of pictures, but with an SD memory card I was able to load up several hundred photos. Frame accepts nearly every type of memory card which is nice. Pictures were bright and scrolling was smooth. Recommended to anyone shopping for a digital frame.

I like this product. The remote control is rather small and it takes a bit of time to get used to this and the functions. The resolution and color is nice.
