I read some negative reviews of this, but wanted to try it for myself, because I can buy it at any CVS drugstore and the price is reasonable. At first it didn't seem to be doing anything, but I decided to keep it up and finish a bottle to see what happened. I had play with the dose a bit - 2 capsules were not enough for me. I take three in the morning, and sometimes another one or two in the afternoon and that is the perfect amount for me. I can tell if my body is hungry, but with no side effects - no shaking, feelings of low blood sugar, headaches, etc. I have to remind myself to eat enough! That is important, because even though you don't feel it, your body needs enough nutrition. I have been taking this for about 6 weeks now, and have lost about 12 lbs. I haven't been dieting to any extreme or being strict about it since we have been in the process of moving to another state, but once we're settled I will get better with the food I do eat and start excercising, and I'm sure I will lose it more quickly. This product doesn't do the job for you, but it does really help!! I definitely recommend it. I needed something to help me jump start getting back into shape after having a baby, and I'm really glad I tried this. No negative side effects that I have noticed.

I don't understand the negative reviews for this product. I have used it off and on for several months with fantastic results. I take only one capsule around 2 pm to curb my desire for snacking. I am usually pretty hungry at 3. It never fails me. I have lost 35 pounds and still going.
I will buy it again.

Ok..so I gave this product two days worth of a try so far and I must admit that I am amazed. I've had so little of an appetite that I've had to MAKE myself eat. I took two pills at 4pm and had only a SLIGHT craving for food at 8pm, so I had a small salad and was full the entire night! No cravings late at night, no tummy growls, no sugar slumps, NOTHING! So I woke up this morning and had no appetite, which is amazing for me, since I normally eat this huge southern breakfast! I took two more pills with 8 ounces of water, and still haven't felt hunger and it's already noon here. I just MADE myself eat a salad and had to remember to eat. This is amazing!!!
