It is very easy to clean. But I would consider getting a bigger model for bigger meals. Right now, I only cook for 2. If you have to cook for a family - get a bigger model.

This garnish slicer was OK.. BUT it should be much larger.. All the veggies that are slice are tiny... Should be much larger.. Slices were ok but only one size. Should have another blade for a larger slice.

This is a good idea for a convenient slicer. However this is the 2nd one I have purchased becase the blades (2 of them) became warped and couldn't be used anymore.
