WITHOUT AIR FLOW SYSTEM. THE MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS WILL BE VERY HOT. The Air Flow System, With high resilient base layer of our mattresses, is convoluted (Egg crate surface: a series of peaks and valleys) on the surface and adhered to the component to increase the flow of air, maximizing comfort and responsiveness.
