For Christmas, I ordered this boot for my husband. The company sent me the wrong size, even though my order clearly said the correct size. They were extremely accomodating and paid for shipping back to them. They also gave us a little flak for sending the boots back from my husband's office and not our home (the address where the boots were sent originally). All of this is not Amazon's fault. They sub this out. Boots are nice quality and my husband is pleased, although it didn't happen on Christmas.
