My 17 year old son, while not having a severe case of acne, had the occasional acne on his face, but perpetual acne across the back of his shoulders. And in the morning as he went around the house with only pj bottoms on, I could tell exactly when he was using Frutels, and when he had stopped. It was definitely noticeable, and then I would take the initiative and buy more.

I have had an excellent experience with Frutels. I used to get acne on my T-zone and back, but I've been taking 4-5 Frutels a day and drinking lots of water and my skin is about 100% improved. I rarely ever get blemishes now. And the B-vitamins in the frutels have given me lots of energy! I'd reccomend this to anyone who struggles with acne and has tried other products that don't work.
