The first item I recived was not working. I spent a lot of time to understand, e mailed the web site, but no help came. Finally I decided to return the product. Amazon was excellent in serveice and sent me a new one which works fine. The product actually works fine if you receive the working one. Their customer service is the worst.

Worked fine for the first month and then the remote went dead. I have tried several times to contact ewoo for help but to no avail. I have sent many emails asking for help. There support is the worst I have ever encountered. I wish I could send somewhere for warrenty service, but I can not even get an answer where to do that.
