This Christmas gift was my husbands favorite. He loves to show off the grandbabies, but there was never enough room in his wallet for all the brag pictures. Now he can carry up to 62 of them! The software is so simple to use even my non-pc savvy hubby can use it! You can even crop the pictures before you upload them to the device.

My husband bought one of these for me while on a business trip. It was easy enough to use but after loading the thing up with pictures, I was watching the slideshow and started to notice 3 red and blue lines running through every picture. It continued to get much worse to the point that it's too frustrating to even look at it. I contacted Brookstone online and was told that with no receipt they would do nothing. Well, my husband hadn't kept the receipt. I decided to call Brookstone and apparently, they don't back up their products unless you have a receipt. The lady did tell me that I could try and take it back to the store (not an option) or drive 50 miles to the closest Brookstone store (also a rediculous suggestion) to see IF they MIGHT trade it for another one. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing ANYTHING with the Brookstone name on it. There are too many good companies out there who do back up their products - receipt or not- and who encourage good customer service.
