When I ordered this, I didn't really know what to expect. This is really a good idea. You just turn the lid on top to adjust your heat preference. And it comes out in a spray pattern instead of drops. I took one bottle to work and everybody liked it. I'm keeping the other two for my wife and I. We'll order some more when this runs out.

This is a good way to alter the heat of your dish, but it is a rather thin (watery) sauce. It doesn't replace the other sauces in my collection but is useful for changing the heat of them or for spicing up another dish that I won't use a thicker hot sauce in.
