The G5 Cable Motion gym system lets you do it all--from traditional strength training to movement improvement exercises--in the comfort of your own home. The G5 is equipped with Cable Motion technology, which fuses three optimized V-groove pulley zones, three ergonomic handle attachments, a foot strap, and a removable bench to produce an endless range of innovative functional strength exercises. Finally, the G5 supports a host of core workouts, like abdominal crunches with the pulley, seated ab crunches, and oblique twists.
