The quality of this vitamins are excellent. They give you all day support. I'd always used the regular ones, but these are outstanding. You can feel it throughout the day.

This multi-vitamin is different than all of the other multi-vitamins that I have ever used (even thoose purchased from GNC). This multi-vitamin doesn't give my stomach an ache, and seems to give me a nice "pick-me-up" in the morning. I take two of these a day even though the bottle says to only take one. I like Centrum's quality and i've never had any issues with this multi-vitamin like I have had to deal with in the past. The iron in this multi-vitamin doesn't seem to bother my system at all compared to similar vitamins that are somewhat unbearable to live with.

Two problems with this product.
1) When I initially took this product a few years ago on the label it read "For The Vitality of Mind & Body." This one doesn't have that inscription on it and maybe appropriately so because it does not reduce my level of anxiety and stress that I incur everyday whereas the one that I took before, notably did do that.

2) I notice no physical or mental improvement from taking this supplement. I'm not any more active than before nor am I any more focused on tasks than before. I'm not looking for this to cure all the ailments in the world, just show me that it can be effective in some manner and thus far I have seen nothing convincing to lead to me conclude that this product does what it claims it does, make me feel better in some way. There is my two cents, it's up to you to decide.
