Had researched this camera prior to purchase appeared to provide the best results in pictures.
Camera would only take 22-30 shots with one set of batteries and we live in the south (not due to cold weather drainage)
Contacted company we purchased from, they referred us to the manufacturer.
Manufacturer took in for repair and turn around time was quick.

Camera came back and would take a good 300-700 shots per battery set but each picture had digitized spots in random locations on each photo.

Again sent off to manufacturer, and again a fairly quick turn around time in returning.

Camera works fine now. But confidence of how long is definitely in question. Not to mention the disapointment in that we purchased two additional flash cards to eliminate the problem with our setting choices prior to our sending out. And the loss of postage and insurance for mailing to manufacturer twice.

Lets just say we won't be buying another Cuddeback product nor purchasing from the company we ordered it from.

This is a phenominal camera and its a great price on Amazon too. The only CON to using this model is that it still uses the Compaq Flash memory and does not support anything larger than 1 GB, which is not mentioned in the manual.

I had to call Cuddeback support to find out this tidbit of information, which would have been nice before I bought 2 4 GB memory modules.

I will never buy another cuddy back product. In December 2008 I bought two No Flash (c3300) cameras and a viewer for over $700.00 for my father for Christmas expecting them to work. Reviews were good and we were excited. When they arrived I found they were complicated to operate compounded by a badly written direction manual, but the reviews were good. I hunt 8 hours away from my home sometimes with a month or so between hunts. We got the cameras out once that season before hunting came to a close, and no pictures. We took them back to camp reset them and put them back out after the season and no pictures again. We were discouraged. Neither camera worked but we figured I was not setting them correctly thinking I did not fully understanding the convoluted directions they came with. I called Cuddy Back at that time and they helped with the directions and the cameras were working at home with my cats so I figured all was well. NOT SO! November 2009 I set the cameras out again after one successful test and many failures in my backyard with my cats. Same thing happened again in late December 2009 when I collected the cameras. No pictures. I called Cuddy Back and this time their diagnostics turned up a bad camera so I sent it in. When they got it they said it would take $75.00 to fix it since by now it was out of warranty. No amount of reasoning would change their mind so I told them to send me the cameras back, I would throw them away and post a review every where there cameras were sold. You make up your own mind but rest assured I have wonderful experience with trail cameras today at a fraction of the price. You know why? I use the Moultrie MFH-I-60 and love it. The Moultrie even has a monitor. Good job Moultrie!
