4.0 out of 5 stars To High of Price and to small but works Great!!!, January 11, 2009
By Brandon "BPR" (Ridgeview) - See all my reviews
I bought the Yoshi and Bowser cars like this off of ebay, and I have to say that they are so small. The paint job is very well done though on Yoshi, and the car seems like it has been put together good. These cars cost way to much though!!! Things this small should not cost this much, but they control like gold!. It took me a little bit to get the hang of how to use them but once I got it down I quickly became a pro.

I would say that these are better for a collector because I think a child would break them very fast. If the price comes down then these would be a lot better.

2.0 out of 5 stars Bad Design! Not Worth 2cents! Many Defective Parts!, September 9, 2009
By xoxo "woodfairy" (AL USA) - See all my reviews

These little "Mario" themed r/c toys are not worth your time. So much hassle involved. A hot wheels car is bigger.

The controller which is about the same size as a book/box of matches takes 2 button cell batteries which are not cheap. I don't see how anyone can control the car with the size of the controller, unless of course you're about 2 weeks old.

Then the car itself takes 2 more button cell batteries, if you're lucky enough to find out where they go in the litle thing. The controller has some fine micro print directions on the back if you have a magnifying glass. Also the car has at least 4 different doodads on the bottom, but there again the printed stamped directions on the bottom of the car require an electron microscope to read which of course only a few of us own, much less ever heard of before.

We had at least 5 of these, and after a few hours the batteries died and once replaced after much trouble the cars refused to work again.
