The jet tips were what I needed to replace my broken one. Couldn't find them in a local store, so it was nice to get them through Amazon.

I ordered these jet tips for my Waterpic on 3/4/08. I was immediately billed for this purchase. It is now six weeks later and I have yet to receive what I purchased.
I do not intend to make any further purchases from this firm.
