I bought this timer to break up my heavy bag workouts into rounds. The day I received it, the timer seemed to work fine. There is a small on/off switch on the top and large easy to use buttons on the face. It was not as loud as I had hoped, but probably good enough. The next day the timer was dead. I replaced the batteries and nothing. I think I left the power switch on, but not longer than a day. Patience and troubleshooting lasted about an hour before banging it on the table and giving up. Double checked it a week later with new batteries....nothing.

It would have recieved a five out of five, but it is very confusing...though with some patience, it is like having your own boxing coach, in a way..?
