This product looks just like it is pictured on the site. . . it has 20 metal clips that hang from chains on a 12 inch by 12 inch frame. The clips are smooth so they won't snag your delicates. Frame seems sturdy enough to support quite a bit of weight. I did quite a bit of research and this is one of the largest and best priced hanging clothes dryer I have found. You won't be disappointed.
