I have found that as I continue to get older, I am also more tired on a daily basis. I have tried using energy drinks, but all those do is give me a sugar high, with a crash a few hours later. I happened to find information on the Spot On patches on Facebook. I looked at their fan page and read what the people were saying about the patches, so I decided to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I did! The patches have worked wonderfully for me. They help me focus while I am studying, and they also help me if I am too tired or not motivated to go work out. The patches give me the energy I need to get up and get going. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has not yet tried it.

I purchased these for my son who because of medication has a problem with drowsiness, which effects him when he is at his job and, also, academically. He also has a digestive problem that means he cannot drink any caffeinated beverages. While these seem to help some, he could probably do better with a stronger dose. Further advice is needed. Can he take a double dose (4 patches at a time)? Janet Emerson

Not unlike most people, I have a busy life. Unfortunately it accompanied by a tendancy to wake up at 3 a.m. every morning. Coffee works for the first few hours of the work day, but by noon, I'm just wired with a caffeine headache followed by a mental crash. I'm useless. A friend of mine told me about Spot On and I have to say I was not excited by the concept of an energy sticker. She gave me a 4 pack to try so one day when I was exceptionally fatiqued, I stuck 2 patches on. All I can say is WOW! It took about a half hour but all of the sudden, I realized I felt great. There was no jolt or shaky, speedy feeling at all. Just a feeling of serene vitality - if there is such a thing! And it lasted all day into the evening. I was able to get through work, run errands, fix dinner and still have enough stamina to play with my daughter.
If you are like me, you are skeptical. There are so many "energy" products out there and I think I've tried them all. However, THIS ONE actually works. I wouldn't be wasting my time writing this if I didn't want the whole world to give Spot On a shot! Do it - you just might find yourself as in love with them and I am!
