Brew up to 12 cups of great-tasting coffee with this easy-to-use coffeemaker. Just add a measured amount of ground coffee, pour water into the water tank using the water-level indicator on the side of the carafe and on the water reservoir for accuracy, turn the unit on, and it takes care of the rest. The included carafe also provides a generous stay-cool handle for a comfortable grip and a drip-free pouring spout for graceful serving. Best of all, the coffeemaker allows for sneaking a quick cup before the end of the brewing cycle--simply remove the carafe from the machine to pause the flow of coffee, then return it to continue the brewing process. Dishwasher-safe parts make cleanup a snap, and a reusable and removable water filter and a handy coffee scoop come included. The coffeemaker measures approximately 11-1/5 by 7-1/2 by 13-1/2 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.

I've had this for about a month. I love everything about it except that the coffee is not hot enough. Mr Coffee machines are hot enough (just to give an idea of what I think is hot enough). I love the size and I love how the part where you put the water in drains completely and no leftover steam water, so it's always clean and dry -- unlike all other machines I've tried which all scummed up after time and it was hard to clean in there. For some reason, the pot doesn't get hard water spots like all my other pots did. Sure wish it was hotter. . .

This is truly a "get what you pay for" item. I will be lucky if I don't end up in the ER with severe burns.
First, it's not set up to use paper filters and the reusable filter leaves "mud" in the bottom of the cup. Trying to pour water into the chamber with the coffee pot is impossible---water spills everywhere, so I had to find a separate pitcher to use. Filling the water compartment to the "MAX" line fills the carafe to the *very* top and is easily spilled.
Which brings me to the two worst features. When you try to remove the carafe from the pot it catches on the spring device that is supposed to stop it for a quick cup. The pot is so lightweight you have to push on the container to remove the carafe---again, spilling hot coffee everywhere when it's full. The pot is so lightweight it literally flexes when you push on it. Then you try to pour a cup of coffee and you may as well just pour it onto the counter. The lip of the carafe drips coffee onto the counter as you pour. I would NEVER pour a cup for anyone that was holding a cup or anywhere near them---sure to spill and cause burns.
Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a decent pot---in my opinion this one is a disaster waiting to happen.

I had this coffee maker for over 2 years. The only reason I'm purchasing a second one is that I broke the carafe. Otherwise I would still be using my old one. I am really happy with this unit. It is small and compact, makes great coffee (I'm always getting complements)and it has other features that work for me. Some of the other reviewers complained that the coffee drips out onto the counter when pouring. I have found that if hold the top lid open with my thumb and then pour it does not drip.
