I'm a big fan of these. They stretch out my feet and toes well, with minimum discomfort. They fit my feet (size 11 guys), my dads cramped toes, and my moms tiny feet - so a wide range there. I like the feel of the gel and believe that regular use, while no substitute for yoga or other stretching, is beneficial for my balance and posture. I feel grounded when standing or walking around after wearing them for about 20 minutes.

I haven't tried other products similar to this but I can say these are super soothing to put on after a long day on your feet. I genetically bad feet, and horrible bunions which I need surgery for but have been postponing. My feet are in excruciating pain by the end of the day and wearing these does feel like a refreshing healthy stretch for my toes (but it does feel weird and needs some getting used to).

I didn't see these when ordering the Healthy name version, which had a LARGE men's size, (I am size 15 wide Mens) but saw the high priced Yoga version and the opaque plastic version (that a few complain about stiffness with) which cost the price here. I am still waiting for my MEN's size healthy ones, but got these at a local chain drug store and they are Fantastic, particularly for the price and not having to wait.

Anyway, one ought to give them a try. I am also looking at the 2 size other branded version that DO NOT cover the BIG toes or the pinky Toe but circle three middle toes, and also a similar version which are just spacers and may fit in shoes when wearing them. But alas I am fairly certain that I will need Bunion surgury, but I am happy to postpone it to sometime in the future with these apparati.
