When I received the rack one of the screw nuts did not have a screw in it, and one was in the wrong end. The bar that goes across the roof crossbar that gets screwed over it needs to be wider to go across wider crossracks, or somehow more convertible. When we tryed putting the kayaks on the racks they bent very easy also.
