My son loves his space boots, however he has a little trouble getting them on by himself (he's 5 years old). I would recommend buying a larger size because it is difficult to get these boots over shoes. The astronaut boots have held up well through many indoor and outdoor journeys to space.

My 3 yr old wore these boots w/ coordinating astronaut jumpsuit and looked great. He still likes to put the costume on to play. The boots are key when he wants to do "moon jumping" (in imitation of Neil and Buzz, as viewed on youtube). The "small" size was just barely big enough for his size 11 (little kid) shoes - it took some doing to get them on.

These boots were adorable added to the astronaut costume. I definately suggest the bigger size.
Pretty durable after a day of school and a day of trick or treating in the rain. the bottoms frayed a little bit, but that is understandable. the white part got pretty dirty but I washed them and despite the abuse they really held up well.
Good buy!
