The squalors in the spring/summer of NYC hit quickly, so I learned a long time ago to always carry an umbrella in my bag. Well after destroying $2 kmart specials over and over again, I decided to to get this one in it's place.

It comes with a nice canvas/spandex case and in it's case it measures just under 8.5"x3"x2". That's a bit larger than I had hoped/expected. But, it's a solidly made umbrella and doesn't saturate (then leak) nearly as easily as any other umbrella fabric umbrella that I've used.

I lost my first which I had used for a year so I bought another. Best umbrella I've used. Very durable. High quality construction. Looks nice. The automatic collapsing feature lets you walk right indoors without fumbling in the rain to close it. Very convenient. It isn't very big but as big as you can get from a compact umbrella.

I have used Totes umbrellas for many years. This product is just what I was looking for. I had looked in several stores, but I could not find mens auto open/auto close model that I was looking for. I received the umbrella in a timely manner.
