This Veteran's Day album, with music orchestrated by military members, is not accessible to all military members.
I was not able to download any of the songs on this page (individually or as a album) due to the fact that I am not currently stationed within the borders of the United States.
I understand that there are piracy issues in the world but shouldn't there be some process for Amazon to tag the accounts of military members stationed overseas so that we can download music as well?
I am sure that this music is great (as I have heard it played for many years). I just wish that I could have had access to it.

May everyone have a Happy and Safe Veteran's Day.

As an Arrmy Veteran, I was glad to see this offer from Amazon, brought back some great memories, such as hearing taps at the end of the day and knowing that all was well. And it introduced me to some new military songs that I had not heard. Would have been great if the Army's Hymn had been included, but realizing that not every branch branch can have all things, it is a good selection. Again, thank you Amazon.

Veterens Day honors those who have served, and by extension, those currently serving. The holiday asks us to pause and consider the burden they bore or currently bear on behalf of all of us. This sampler gives us a taste of just a few of the music ensembles in the armed forces.

I don't think enough of us recognize the long history of music making in the armed forces. I know only that all the service branches have musical ensembles made up of talented musicians who can defend themselves, and have been around since the American Revolution.

The musicianship on this sampler is of the highest quality. All the service branches are represented here, but not all of the ensembles. Take a listen and try to keep a dry eye (especially on the Navy Hymn).

A wonderful tribute to those who served and continue to serve.
