Perfection, November 9, 2009
This review is from: Motorola Droid A855 Phone (Verizon Wireless, Phone Only, No Service) (Product Bundle)
This multimedia device is truly one for the books. I believe it really rivals, if not tops off the Apple i Phone 3.0G s. It has amazing features and the size and screen quality are impeccable. The built in memory (16GB) accompanied by the expandable micro SD slot is also a great feature. This phone solves the need for having a digital camera, video camera, MP3 player, cellular device, portable messenger, portable web browser and video viewing device. All those components of the device are top of the line and not lackluster as compared to many other smart phones.

FUN PHONE!, November 15, 2009
This review is from: Motorola Droid A855 Phone (Verizon Wireless, Phone Only, No Service) (Product Bundle)
I'm having fun learning how to use this cell phone. Just upgraded it yesterday. I never have had a Blackberry but I miss having a rollerball to select things quickly like on my laptop. Nice to have slider keyboard available. I don't have large fingertips but I still have trouble typing correctly on the touch screen. I do get fustrated at having to enlarge screen just to be able to select what I want to view. I find myself enlarging the screen then trying to find where I need to be on the page since size adjuster is at bottom of screen. Maybe it won't bother me so much when I get better at using the phone. I have alot to learn about it. My daughter (who is a major texter) did not want this phone. She chose the Blackberry Tour and loves it. Touch screen irritated her right off. She said slider was not sturdy enough for her. After using this phone for a day her Tour seems slow to me. Majorly disappointed I couldn't tether my phone to laptop. So, still stuck with broadband cost per month! And you have to get the $30 internet per month with phone. Fun exploring all the apps, games, music, etc. Games are very fun to play on this phone. Also, pictures and videos are very clear - 5 megapixels. Before you decide - best to go to store and explore it awhile. PS - you can get the vehicle charger, acessories at walmart for half the cost than at the Verizon store. Even cheaper buying online.

Great phone!!!, February 1, 2010
This review is from: Motorola Droid A855 Phone (Verizon Wireless, Phone Only, No Service) (Product Bundle)
I didn't buy this phone on amazon I bought it from the local verizon store. This is one of the best phone on earth! It run google android 2.0 which is open source so, this thing has endless possibilities! You can run multipliable apps at the same time, has a excellent GPS, 5 mp cam, a real keyboard and has around 10,000 - 20,000 apps so you will find something for you. I was even able to tether it for free(I didn't even need to root it!) Way better then the Iphone. The only phone I have seen that I though was better is the nexus one ;)
No geek should be caught dead without one!
