Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy AC/DC. But slapping some Iron Man graphics on the cover art of an AC/DC compilation doesn't make a movie soundtrack. Terribly disappointing.

If you are not familiar with all the songs by AC/DC, here's what albums they were featured on:

1. Shoot to Thrill (From "Back in Black")

4. Cold Hearted Man (from "Backtracks")
5. Back in Black (from "Back in Black")
6. Thunderstruck (from "The Razor's Edge")
7. If You Want Blood (You've Got It) (from "Highway To Hell")
8. Evil Walks (from "For Those About To Rock")
9. T.N.T. (from "High Voltage")

At least this soundtrack covers a broader spectrum than their last soundtrack offering, "Maximum Overdrive" which featured 2 tracks from "Back in Black", 2 from "Fly on The Wall", 1 each from "Dirty Deeds" & "For Those About to Rock", plus 2 new instrumentals and the lone new track, "Who Made Who". At least the two soundtracks didn't copy songs, so that's a good thing.
The only thing I was hoping for was at least one new track, but no luck. ENJOY!

this is a particularly good cd for people who aren't too familiar with ac/dc, since you get songs from both brian johnson and bon scott. current fans of ac/dc will already have all these songs, but it's still great to have them again. it's also nice that songs that don't get as much airplay like "evil walks" or "guns for hire" are on here as well. if only they could have found a place for "hells bells" in the movie...

oh yeah, and the dvd rocks too!
