I have a confession. I'm fascinating by the sociological study called Millionaire Matchmaker. Millionaires shouldn't need help finding a spouse, right? At least that's what I thought at first. But this show makes you realize that the rich are often too spoiled and self-entitled to maintain a health relationship. And that's where Patti really comes in. Sure, she introduces the millionaires to several members of the opposite sex who meet their requested list of requirements (which is often long and shallow at the same time), but the real work usually comes in Patti challenging the millionaires to be more open and tolerant and giving. And, I'm not going to lie, it's also nice to see Patti give the occasional millionaire the tongue-lashing that they so desperately deserve!

I love the sneak peak into the "real" lives of the rich . . . because in some ways, they are much more poor than the rest of us!

Funny and quirky. Pattie is equal parts obnoxious as she is down to earth. Entertaining junk tv when you just want to eat some popcorn and relax.

Most of the millionaires couldn't get a date with a dead person. I doubt whether Patti's success rate is anywhere near 90 percent. Fun.

It's amazing people like this exist in real life. It was almost like a parody. The rich girl was CRAZY. She kept laughing in an insane kind of way, talking about pink and hello kitty. She was so ridiculously superficial. She was willing to pay a guy and be a slave to him because of the way he looked, even though he clearly was using her for money. WOW WOW WOW. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it for myself.

Despite having money and success in one area of their life, people can been really lacking in other areas. It's strange but fascinating to watch. Stacy from a previous episode this season returns. She admits to having gone through a midlife crisis. She is desperate for help. Also, in this episode, there is an Ex-NFL player, who is looking for true love and not a gold digger.
