At $3.00 an episode (HD) for a 20 minute show I could not come close to justifying watching this show. Thankfully Seasons 1 & 2 are on prime now but 3 is not. I will wait for 3 to arrive on prime because the price is way too steep otherwise.

Love the show but again the price is insane!

I am addicted to this show, I just really like all the characters. Then after the auction, it is fun to go through their dig, so to speak, and see what they found.

Now this is a show I would really like to be on, just to experience the ambiance, visit with the cast, meet each of the cast members, up close and personal, what a rush that would be.

My name is Michael Reeves, from Grapevine Texas. I am a true Texican, born and raised in Dallas, been around the country through business and pleasure. I am a retired Engineer, Electro-Mechanical Design Engineer, after 42 years in the field. I have worked as a team member, on the first Lunar Lander, my work is still on the moon, worked with aircraft, designed the cockpit in the F-111 Fighter, Worked on Flight Simulators for the 747, 727, and 707. I believe they are all retired as I am. Helped develop and build the morphine injector as seen in all the hospitals around the country.

So now I am 71, retired with my wife of 35 years, laying around watching Storage wars, Texas Storage Wars, But I must say I like California best, now be sure and keep that under your hat, I don't want to loose my Texas Citizenship
Ha-Ha. Now I also design jewelry in glass, see me in facebook, Happy Jeweler or Michael Reeves

Again Love your shows.

So the scenario is always the same. Go to a storage rental place. Bid on units. Drama between the bidders. Barry always gets the weird stuff - sometimes worth something - sometimes worthless. Dave always wins. Just to get the crowd going. Brandi and Jarrod try to bring it up a notch and play with the big boys. Darrel is just kind of there.

It's my evil addiction.

This show is back and it's better than last season. Everyone has returned for more and better storage units.

The show tried to introduce a little twist in this season by showing us a new character, Mark. He is only in there for a few shows, but he made a statement. He is this really big/strong guy that has millions and he likes to push out the other characters out with his money. If he wants it, there's no unit he would not buy. He's loaded and he will just go higher and higher if somebody else wants it. The other characters think they can make him lose out on the units by bidding higher and making him pay for it, but Mark seems like he just doesn't care. Compared to other characters, they can't afford to bid too much as they need to make some kind of money, but Mark isn't like that. To him, it's more of a game than a real job.

Towards the end of the season, the show tried again to show another new character, Nabila. She is in the show way more and more so she can be a regular as she isn't new to the game. She said, she been in the game for over 20 years and she knows what she is doing. She is pretty and she does do more work than Brandi does in terms of moving stuff around. Of course, she doesn't like the other characters and the other characters don't like her either. Dave and Nabila seemed to have mutual respect for each other as they both have similar goals, but they bid on each other to a certain degree. You can't say that for the others though, they go buck wild on each other.

As in the last season, Barry is the only one that can get along with all the regular characters on the show. There's just something about him that doesn't get on peoples nerves as the other characters hate everyone else there.

This is one of those shows, like Pawn Stars and American Pickers, where you can watch several in a row an not really pay attention to because they're so repetitive. They're all formulaic, and somewhat scripted. I read somewhere that Dave Hester in Storage Wars is in a legal dispute with the show's producers. He claims that some of the lockers are actually intentionally loaded with items to add some spice and drama to the show. No surprise there. He also claims that the producers have encouraged a negative view of him, making him to be some sort of villain. I don't know the guy personally, but from what I've seen on the show I can see that as plausible. The show is still kind of entertaining, and good to put on as background noise when you're doing housework, and you can learn a thing or two about collectibles, and the going rate of used items.
I have one complaint that has nothing to do with the show though and I'm not really sure how to have it resolved. I stream Amazon through my Wii console and it is SLOW! I stream Netflix with no issues and my wireless router is right next to the console. Does anyone else have issues with streaming Amazon Instant Video through their gaming console? Should I call customer support for this?

I was on my way to a storage auction one day and low and behold the gang from storage wars were there. I prepared myself for battle, put my boots on, dragged out my cash and away my family went. We went up against Barry, we threw down against Dave. We watched Jarrod and Brandy steal lockers from me (Though I have yet to figure out why there is psychology here, I have 200 bucks, I bid 200 bucks. I bid my max and stop) At the end of the day I was exhausted - Filming usually lasts 4 to 5 hours and there are usually many lockers to check out. When it was all said and done I have won, in my own little way, a bit of history. I had outbid Barry on a locker and had a lot of fun. This is a solid show, it is a lot of fun and you can be on it if you are in the area where they are shooting. It is a good time and what you see on the show is pretty much how it is in real life. These people are pretty cool and are there to make money, just like the rest of us people. Check it out. By the way, I am in the Stairway to Hemet episode with my son bidding against Dave and Jarrod on the last auction.
