In a day when the best sitcoms on TV are usually re-runs of old shows, The Exes is a breath of fresh air! It is a hilariously funny show,
and guest star Judith Light is awesome, as she always is! Very funny episode of a very funny show!

Three men -- Phil (Donald Faison), Stuart (David Alan Basche) and Haskell (Wayne Knight) -- find themselves sharing a New York City apartment after their divorce attorney Holly (Kristen Johnston) leases them an apartment she had empty after her own broken relationship.

Oh, and did she mention the apartment is right across the hall from her current apartment?

Naturally, Phil, Stuart and Haskell are as different from one another as humanly possible. Phil is a womanizing sports marketing professional, while Stuart is a fastidious dentist and Haskell is...well, he spends a lot of time on his laptop, on the living room sofa. The usual hilarity results whenever the three are faced with just about any situation.

Finally, add Eden (Kelly Stables) as Holly's ultra fashionable, to-the-point legal assistant, who serves as a balance to the often too-straightlaced Holly.

Like most sitcoms, don't expect any kind of real depth with this show. But the plots are amusing, and the characters funny enough to keep drawing you in. There are always lots of laughs to be had.

The show is amusing. I like the characters. The acting can sometimes be a little over the top. The quality if play is usually excellent as long as you have high speed internet.

I must admit when I saw the promos for this show,I was not expecting much. I happened to catch the tail end of the 2nd episode, and IMMEDIATELY set my DVR for "Record All Episodes"! This show is Hilarious; adult humor without the sliminess. The cast compliments each other perfectly. No annoying stereotypes, just laughs. I guarantee you'll be hooked!
