This series is awesome. It explains the complex systems that make American life work. Things like our food system, transportation system, power and manufacturing. Not just by telling. But showing them in their entirety, in action, doing their everyday work.

Why oh why did they only made 4 episodes?

Yul Kwon is an intelligent and thoroughly engaging host. And there are so many rocks left unturned. Things like our water system, health care system, Wall Street system and (one particularly dear to my heart as a tax attorney), tax system. These are just a few. The concept is fantastic. The opportunities are endless. Somebody, get this guy back in production.

excellent cinematography and a hopeful, bright-eyed look at America
I appreciate the positive view. I am growing tired of all the bleak documentaries produced to frighten us.

If you have ever gone without electric power for about 2 days or more, you have already have a deep appreciation of electricity. This HD 60 minute streaming video does an incredible job of giving one the big picture (past, present and future) - providing "behind the scene" views you would never experience otherwise.

Yul Kwon does a good job of giving viewers a glimpse of the vast food delivery system and how it trickles down to the average american table. This is a good introduction to the basic economics of supply and demand. He also shares an unbiased view of the ripple effect on our planet as well. Simple, informative and well done.

Great show. It showed both sides of the issues, it was very educational. I was relieved to see evidence that things are not as bad as some make it out to be. This show provided me with hope for America. Now every time I see a VW I wonder if it was really made in the USA. I am really disappointed that there are not more episodes or seasons. Maybe someone important will stumble onto this and relight the fire.
