I know it's sacreligious when it comes to most MSTies, but I am a bigger fan of the non-sci-fi movies. This episode is hilarious from start to finish and is the only MST3K episode I ever purchased on DVD. Even the cringe-worthy short at the beginning and the robot skits are some of the funniest of the entire series. My favorite line (it caused a spit take) occurs when the boozy neighbor sits on the old man's lap. I don't want to spoil it, so just pour yourself your favorite beverage and watch it. There, that's the end of my essay. I hope the judges like it cause my mom just bought a new hat.....

Gosh - I'm catching up with the MST3K gang, and, I started with this - I ACCUSE MY PARENTS - an exploitation film (and an MST3K I never caught originally).

I can't believe no one's rated or reviewed this, as this is a terrific MST3k (and a lousy movie - in the 'best' way, of course).

Long story short:

Jimmy's parents are 'too busy' drinking, and just darn busy to even congratulate him on his essay. This leads to Jimmy's meeting a singer at a 'niteclub-cabaret,' (who - unbeknownst to Jimmy, is a mobster's moll).

Jimmy falls in love, the mobster plays Jimmy, trouble ensues, and Jimmy end up in front of the judge.

That's half the story as any 'MYST3K fan knows. The other half's the fun with Joel & the 'bots - Crow T. Robot, Tom Servo (and a lovely song by Gypsy!), and Dr. Forrester and TV's Frank.

So gather round the TV, and watch this terrific film.

You WILL laugh!

'Push the button.'

This goes on my list of top ten all time great Mystery Science Theater episodes. Classic, goofy teen crime film with perfect riffing!
