I own the other seasons as well. They didn't put as much effort as the previous two seasons though. Twenty.

I purchased this as entertainment for a teen with special needs. She was throughly entertained. She was laughing thoughout the series.

Mad always did make me laugh. But then so did Roger Rabbit. Always love those great parodies. Did I spell that right? At any rate it is always funny!

When I was a pre- and young teen, I read MAD magazine quite a bit (along with Cracked). You had Spy Vs. Spy and Don Martin cartoons every issue and these were the good things about MAD, i.e. something everyone could get. The problem with MAD (then and now) is that it's written by people with a wide range of cultural exposure, resulting in skits that refer to current adult TV shows (e.g. "Grey's Anatomy") and movies (e.g. "Twilight") that kids don't watch because MAD is primarily targeted/viewed by younger kids. Then there's the case where they lampoon a show from the early 80s (e.g. the Rankin-Bass "Hobbit" cartoon) and expect that some ten-year-old kid is going to get it all. Season 3's "Thanksgiving" episode is, however, one of MAD's best (Joke-a-hontas, PilGRIMM).
