Even though my family saw this movie years ago, and it is ultimately more suited for younger viewers, we still find it a charming story that is well acted. Although my teenager is now 16 and has developed more sophisticated tastes in film, we watched this movie recently and had a delightful experience. If you want light entertainment with a message about parents and children supporting each other in their hopes and dreams, this is your movie. Enjoy!

I remember watching this movie back in the day when Disney channel had all the good movies and tv shows. In my opinion eddies million dollar cook off is still an amazing family movie. This movie has a mixture of interesting things like, cooking, baseball, a bit of action, and somewhat of a plot twist of an ending. How ever many times I watch this movie, I will never be tired of it.

If you're into the DCOM genre, this is a classic. The dry humor, the ridiculous situations, the way they make the older brothers seem like idiots, the way they have important family discussions at the worst possible time. It's beautiful.

It's a Disney original that captures the idea of following one's dream, even with all the societal pressures of genre role and bullying. Plus, it is has some great one liners.

I don't know what it is, but I love this movie and always have. Maybe it's the actors or the theme, but this is honestly my favorite movie of all time.
