I recognize and support the need for family planning and birth control under many circumstances. On the other hand, the election of vasectomy by healthy young men who are not informed of the extraordinary immunological responses to this 'simple' operation,and its potential medical consequences, remains of profound concern to me. The publication of 'scientific' negative rebuttals has not diminished such anguish because careful analysis of their protocols disclosed major loopholes.
