I was born of human parents, on the west coast of a land called Tennessee. Gradually discovering that everyone, including me, is capable of almost constant error, I strive, when not lounging, to heal and not harm (others and self). For example, when the appropriate mood strikes, I practice yoga, grow healing herbs, register voters, sleep, dream, drink tea, learn, walk rather than drive, appreciate beauty, absorb and emit music, explore friendship, seek allies, try to dispose of my clutter, repair my home, and clumsily make websites, including upchange.com.
