These healthy vegan books/recipes have saved my life and many others in cooking classes I've taught. Not a guarantee for everyone, but one of my multiple myeloma students lost 120 pounds in 8 months and improved cancer markers. In cultures of the world where they eat the ways outlined in these books, Western diseases are non-existent. Did my 1st marathon last year and continue to place in 5K races for my age group.
