The list author says: "Put G4L on the SD Card. Put the Drive in the Drive Case. Determine the size of your laptop's Hard Drive. Create an equally sized partition on the new drive. Boot Ghost for Linux from SD drive and copy bit for bit into the new partition. Overwrite frequently.
Using this strategy, if your laptop is stolen or damaged, you can buy a new one with the exact same hardware and have everything back, perfectly as before.
This is the backup method I suggest to my friends and created the list so I could direct them here for the items. G4L requires some technical knowledge and can completely erase a hard drive if you don't know what you're doing. Please be careful."
