find the real cause of attention deficit disorder

A guide by Cat Lady "nashalla" (MA)

If you'd like to get to the bottom of the causes of attention deficit disorder I recommend Rachel Bells's book. The A.D.D. and A.D.H.D. Diet! A Comprehensive Look at Contributing Factors and Natural Treatments for Symptoms of Attention Deficit Disorder and Hyperactivity. It is the best book on taking you through steps to discover if ADD is caused by diet, environment or upper cervical misalignment. I found stories that gave clinical evidence that just taking a student out of biology class removed his ADHD symptoms and that by treating kids with craniosacral they could get off Ritalin. If your doctor can't tell you what is causing the ADD then you need to read this book. Other books that can help are Frances Meiser's illustrated story The Brain Train for kids that depict the brain as a train engine and help youngsters to understand the need for specific nutrients. Dr. Ressel is a kid lover an pediatric chiropractor who has relieved ADD symptoms for many, many children and gives us the lowdown on upper cervical misalignment and the part it plays in ADD. Kids First: Health With No Interference.
