I read a lot. I can’t help it, it’s like an addiction, but a good one. I like to think it makes me smarter, if not smarter, at least more attuned to what’s going on all around me, what people are all about.

Fiction is what I read. Mostly suspense, but I read SciFi too. A good story is a good story, Science Fiction, Horror or Mystery, if the characters are there and the suspense, then it’s a book I’ll read and probably really like.

I own more books that you can shake a stick at. I haunt thrift shops and brick and mortar book stores, especially used bookstores. Hardly a day goes by when I don’t pick up a couple/three books to add to my TBR (to be read) shelves.

Also, I’m one of those persons who sometimes, not all the time, but sometimes, buys a book even before it comes out. There is nothing like coming home from work and finding a new book by someone you love to read on your doorstep.
