I think it's respectful, to those that served, and fallen, for us to learn everything we can about their service, and struggles. They served, the least we can do is give up a few hours and learn about their struggles so we can understand ourselves.
There are a lot of books out-there about the Iraq conflict and war in general, a lot of those books are CRAP. I wanted to create this list to give an idea on some of the books out there, concerning the conflict in Iraq. I didn't want it to include any political books, I didn't want this list to be political, simply about knowledge of the truth. I hope it helps. Whether it be for fellow vets, for most likely the most touched, the families.
I read as many war books as I can, I even go to book expos so I can get the advanced copies. These ones are good.
P.S. The books aren't in any order, but, the top two are MUST reads.
