I like Strength Training Anatomy Workout, The because it gives good program advice and shows you exactly what muscles each exercise is working. It has incredible anatomical illustrations and excellent full-color photography - great for visual learners. Men's Health Home Workout Bible: is also recommended. Women's Home Workout Bible was also very helpful in determining our space and cost considerations when building a home workout space.
