First, the best way to become a Matrix Energetics practitioner is to attend a class with the developer Richard Bartlett and Melissa Joy Jonsson. They are amazing teachers and the class is lots of fun. When I came back from my first Matrix Energetics class and my friends asked what it was like, I said, “You know that scene in Mary Poppins , where the uncle is laughing and floating around and then they come in and start laughing and floating up to the ceiling? Pretty much like that for three days.”
The classes are a great way to develop different perspectives on life and learn about the way quantum physics and scalar physics support energy flow and shifts and changes in our lives and healing.
The other way to learn the two point technique, time travel and interacting with parallel dimensions and how these things can improve the quality of our lives is to read Richard Bartlett’s books or watch the DVD, listen to the audio programs and play with the 21 Universal frequency cards in Matrix Energetics The Experience. The Matrix Energetics Experience
Other books that I have found very helpful in developing my skill and Matrix Energetics practice include:
Einstein’s Dream - lots of fascinating perspectives on time and time travel. I loved the one where everyone lives high on the top of mountains in houses on stilts so that time moves more slowly and they age slower. Einstein's Dreams
Intuition is the sixth sense that helps us respond to a question. Sometimes the question is explicit and posed. Sometimes it’s part of the background of the conversation. In health coaching, there is always a question in the air about the client’s life.
To practice your intuition, meet with a friend or a colleague in a quiet place where the two of you can be undisturbed for a while.
Have one person write down a series of open ended questions on separate pieces of paper about his or her life. Have them fold the papers so the questions can’t be read. Pick a piece of paper from the pile, keeping the question hidden.
Then you both spend three to five minutes concentrating on the question you picked even though you haven’t read it. Report whatever comes up from your intuition: the random thoughts, the feelings, anything you noticed in terms of visual images, sounds, smells and touch, along with whatever else you may have noticed or anything that distracted you. Then read the question and explore the connections.
The Poet Prince, which talks about an artistic technique called infusion. Infusion is a process where by the intention of the artist or in this case the practitioner influences the experience of the person, looking at the painting, hearing the music or feeling the touch - the two point technique. The Poet Prince: A Novel (Magdalene Line)
The Art of Dowsing. The Art of Dowsing: The Art of Discovering: Water, Treasure, Gold, Oil, Artifacts “It is not like the sticks move by themselves” Dowse for valuables, well-being, healthier pets and gardens, self-improvement, allergy relief, archaeological remains, water, minerals, lost objects, knowledge. pg 9: "Some dowsers do not need the help of rods or pendulums. They dowse with their hands. They walk over the area being searched while shaking their hands. Consequently, they are often referred to as "hand tremblers." Their hands suddenly stop shaking when they are standing over the object they are divining for. hand dowsing is very rare. The reason for this is that most dowsers need some sort of device to channel the information from the subconscious mind." Raymond Willey also described a man who could dowse with his feet. He would walk over the area being dowsed, with his question in mind. When he was standing directly over a vein of water, he would feel the response in the muscles in the small of his back." After experimenting with the angle rods, you will become aware that it is your hands that are making the rods move. Tiny, subconscious movements that you probably could not discern without the rods cause this to happen. The angle rods are simply a tool to amplify these small movements.
Conquering Any Disease is a book on using food and Supreme Science Qigong to shift the affects of the environment on our health and increase the movement of energy through our bodies, improving our health. Conquering ANY Disease (book)
I find Matrix Energetics is an awesome solution for quality of life improvements for people with Parkinson’s (which is what I did my PhD in Integrative Medicine on), Alzheimer’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Friedreich's ataxia, Cerebral Palsy, Learning and attentional issues, Autism, traumatic brain injuries and more neurological diagnoses. My clients are also seeing success with improving autoimmune issues and digestive symptoms.
There are also a number of Cranial books which help for matrix Energetics practitioners looking to use Matrix Energetics Level 4 for addressing neurological and cranial sacral issues.
This is part of my five finger list for cranial: Five Cranial Bones (Frontals, Parietals, Temporals, Sphenoid, Occiput) ; Five Major Cranial Arterial Circulatory (Internal Carotids, External Carotids, Vertebral Arteries, Circle of Willis, Middle Cerebral Artery); Five Layers into the Head (Bone, Dura, Arachnoid, Pia, Brain); Five Internal Brain Structures (Pituitary, Hypothalamus, Thalamus (pain perception), Pineal (sleep and rhythms), Brainstem); Five Limbic System Structures (Amygdala, Hippocampus (Alzheimer’s memory), Cingulate Gyrus, Fornix, Mammilary Body) ; Five parts of the Brainstem (Medulla, Pons, Midbrain, Red Nucleus, Substantia Nigra (Parkinson’s); Five Parts of Vision (Eyeball, Optic Nerves, Optic Chiasm, Medial Geniculate Bodies (Thalamus), Occiput); Five Cranial Fluids (Arterial Blood, Venous Blood, Lymphatic Fluid, Cerebral Spinal Fluid, Sinus Mucous); Five Senses (Vision / Sight, Hearing, Taste, Smell, Touch); Five Acupuncture Points of the Eyes (Spleen, Heart, Liver, Kidney, Lung); Five elements associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (Earth Mg ++, Wood OH – H+, Metal Ca++, Water Na ++, Fire K +); Five brain areas with fractal structures - Our Fractal Nature (spiraled double helix of DNA, the tiny dendritic trees of the retina and visual cortex, the branching patterns of the thalamic neurons ( perception of pain, pleasure and interprets most of the sensations coming from our environment), the dorsal horn of the spinal cord, the first central nervous system receiving station for touch, temperature, pain, movement and more, and the balance related neurons in the base of the skull display a self-similar design and providing maximized function for a fixed dendrite cost) ............check out my website Visualize Health or Kimberly Burnham PhD for more information.
