After having gone from fat to fit and out of thousands of entrants placed 10th overall in the 2007 Body for Life Body Transformation Challenge I have not only gone on to become a personal trainer as well as a fitness and bodybuilding coach but have because of success and demand been catapulted into the position of personal fitness consultant.
Using the Body for Life body transformation program I personally lost over 50 pounds and went form 36 percent bodyfat to 12 percent in just 12 weeks. I also coached and trained my wife using the exact same program and she not only lost weight and bodyfat but went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in just 12 short weeks.
I went on to get my personal trainers certification and not being satisfied with that I have also studied nutrition and specialize in what to do and eat for weight loss.
My personal training business took off like a rocket because of not only my success and that of my wife’s but also because every single person who has signed up as a client of mine, whether man or woman has seen weight loss and bodyfat losses anywhere from good to great depending on how strictly they followed my program.
I not only work with weight loss clients but also train, coach and advise male and female bodybuilders as well as lady fitness, figure and bikini contestants.
I enjoy every aspect of my job and find it invigorating to work with both individuals as well as groups and help people achieve their fitness and weight loss goals and dreams.
I would be happy to advise anyone who is serious about changing their fitness level and assist them as to the best way to go about it.
