The more I learn about yoga, the more I love it. Not only is it a great way to calm, relax, and focus the mind and self, it is a great way to both lose weight and be truly healthy, not just skinnier (there is a difference!) Though some people think yoga is just standing in certain poses and chanting, it is truly a total workout - mind, body, and soul. By combining my desire to de-stress and lose weight, I have saved time and energy and become more efficient overall. I feel better, I look better, and you can too! Yoga is the way to go and the more you do it, the more you'll love it - I know I do!
