How it Works

  • This offer applies to all shipments from a qualified merchant from January 1, 2010, through March 31, 2010. Qualified merchants will receive a one-time Storage Fees Rebate in the amount of the actual storage fees incurred through the merchant's Amazon seller account between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010. For example, if a merchant sends Amazon 3,000 units between January 1, 2010, and March 31, 2010, and incurs storage fees of $100, it will receive a Storage Fees Rebate of $100. Qualified merchants are limited to one Storage Fees Rebate. Qualified merchants will receive a one-time Shipping and FBA Fees Rebate to apply to the combined verified cost, up to the amount earned per the schedule below, of their (a) inbound shipments to an Amazon fulfillment center between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010, and (b) Fulfillment by Amazon fees incurred through the merchant's Amazon seller account between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2010. For example, if a merchant sends Amazon 3,000 units between January 1, 2010, and March 31, 2010, at a verified shipping cost of $300, and incurs $200 in Fulfillment by Amazon fees, it will receive a Shipping and FBA Fees Rebate of $400. Or alternatively, if a merchant sends Amazon 3,000 units between January 1, 2010, and March 31, 2010, at a verified shipping cost of $100, and incurs $200 in Fulfillment by Amazon fees, it will receive a Shipping and FBA Fees Rebate of $300.

  • The combined dollar amount of any Storage Fees Rebate and Shipping and FBA Fees Rebate earned will be deposited to and/or used to offset any negative balance in the merchant's Amazon seller account on or before May 1, 2010. The amount will be titled "Miscellaneous Adjustment."
  • This offer is not "incremental"; merchants will not accumulate more than one Storage Fees Rebate or more than one Shipping and FBA Fees Rebate.
  • Qualified merchants will receive a single payment up to the amount earned per the above schedule and are limited to one Merchant Shipping Rebate and one Merchant Fee Rebate.
  • This offer is not "incremental"; merchants will not accumulate more than one Merchant Shipping Rebate or more than one Merchant Fee Rebate.
  • The merchant must use the integrated UPS shipping account to send their products to Amazon in order for Amazon to verify the costs of inbound shipments to an Amazon fulfillment center; otherwise such costs will not be included in the Shipping and FBA Fees Rebate
