I was looking for cookbooks that featured authentic recipes from all over the Americas, and once I purchased one series, I had to purchase them all. These cookbooks are beautiful, and are not so expensive. I highly recommend this series. You can find ingredients online as well. Yo he comprado ya todos los series sobre la culinaria de todos los paises de america latina. Creo que los he conseguido por muy buen precio. Sobre todo, pienso que me ayuda hacer comidas sabrosas y autenticas para mi familia. Se los recomiendo muy altamente.
