Bought Kindle Fire for my grandchild for Christmas. Was shipped on 12/2/12. Can I still purchase 2 yr protection?

Go to amazon web site and see if you can purchase one. That the only thing I can think of.

I don't know since I purchased a protection plan when I bought my Kindle. Have you tried contacting Amazon about this?

can i purchase a protection plan now that amazon is sending me a replacement kindle since my old wouldn't charge. The first one was a gift for christmas.
