I read this book when it came out (my dad was a book reviewer). I found it funny and true, especially the "Price's Laws" sprinkled throughout.Consider the following (I hope I get it right): "If everybody doesn't want it, nobody gets it," which explains why many of your favorite things disappear from the marketplace. That one pops into mind every time I find out that a favorite record or book is no longer in print.
An extremely funny book with a good deal of truth to it. (With apologies to Mr.Price if I've misquoted or misrepresented anything.) |
