If you enjoy different foods-regular salt in a regular shaker-this isn't for you! If you like to spice things ud differently- it may be.

Can't describe the flavor, except to say it is good. Adds a nice subtle flavor to food, and in some cases an interesting color; like on cottage cheese; it is very black.
